Pressure sensitive foam is coated on one side with a specially formulated torque-activated adhesive. When used with either metal or plastic caps, and properly torqued, Selig’s pressure sensitive foam provides excellent adhesion to glass and plastic containers. Although not designed to provide barrier properties, it does provide a degree of moisture vapor barrier if properly sealed to the bottle.
