Job Duties

Perform work in accordance with safety guidelines.
Able to function within the calibration program and ensuring all equipment requiring calibration is calibrated in accordance with approved procedures.
Interpret product structures, specifications, formulas, and confers with managements and/or technical staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
Conducts tests as specified at stages in the production process (as identified) and tests products for qualities for conformance to standards.
Gathers and records test data, analyzing information as compared to previous production results and product specifications.
Evaluates data and produce documentation to verify or indicate deviations from established performance standards and product specifications.
Completes assigned projects in support of the QA department and the management staff.

Knowledge & Experience

Previous Quality Assurance or lab tech experience preferred
Experience with chromatography, FTIR spectroscopy, and/or thermal analysis preferred
Seeking individuals that have flexibility to work any shift
Full-time with some overtime and weekend work as necessary

Skills

Computer proficiency and skills are required. Must have experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and general database administration.
Proficient in quality assurance, inspection, testing methods and practices.
Ability to prepare, organize and maintain test and office data, reports and systems.
Ability to effectively understand and communicate technical information orally and in writing.
