Two Piece Barrier Reseal innerseals combines a traditional closure liner with a paper-backed FoilSeal™. After opening, the traditional liner liner provides a barrier for extended shelf life and prevents leakage. The benefit of using a two piece barrier reseal type induction seal is that it eliminates the need for lining the closure in tow separate stages. The base liner is temporarily bonded to the paper-backed FoilSeal™ structure, and during the induction sealing process, the wax is absorbed by the paper. The FoilSeal™ bonds to the container finish and the traditional closure liner remains in closure.
